Blocked In is published by Biancamano Ventures LTD ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Blocked In on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, or strip out any part of it and use it elsewhere.
Leaderboards only mean something if the scores are real. Don't submit scores you didn't earn, modify the app, use tools that play for you, or interfere with anyone else's game. We may remove scores we believe are falsified and, where Apple's Game Center rules allow, exclude accounts from leaderboards.
Leaderboards, battles and friend standings are provided by Apple's Game Center and governed by Apple's own terms. We don't control that service and can't guarantee it's available.
The app shows optional rewarded video advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. We don't choose the individual ads and aren't responsible for their content or for anything advertisers do. Watching an ad is always your choice; the game is fully playable without it.
We may update, change or withdraw the app or any of its features at any time. Daily boards, leaderboards and battles depend on services outside our control, and we don't promise uninterrupted availability.
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we make no warranties, express or implied, about the app or its fitness for any purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price — which for Blocked In is nothing, as the app is free.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that state.
